Public sector dataThe service contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. dm+d data is used under the NHSBSA/TRUD licence terms.
02

Licences and fair use

ScopeA licence covers one named organisation on one tier: up to 10 named users on a GP practice licence, 25 on a PCN licence, the agreed allowance on enterprise licences, or everyone on the organisation's own email domain. Named users must genuinely work at the licensed organisation.
Sign-inAccess is by personal magic link. Sign-in links and sessions must not be shared or forwarded; each user signs in with their own work email. Sign-ins are logged per named user and reviewed for fair use.
BreachIf use falls outside the licensed organisation or allowance, we will contact the licence holder first; we may suspend access where the breach continues. If your genuine team has outgrown your allowance, email us and we will raise it or move you to the right tier.
03

Payment, renewal, cancellation

BillingLicences are annual, paid by card (processed by Stripe; we never see card details) or by invoice. Prices exclude VAT and are reviewed annually.
Renewal and cancellationLicences renew annually. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Questions about billing or refunds: [email protected].
